Ken Adams, who has lived in St. Louis for most of his life, finds himself back in his birthplace amdist money concerns staying with his two college buddies George and Tony for the summer... in Cincinnati, Ohio. After being outcasted time and time again in the Nasty 'Nati, he takes it upon himself to prove he is a "true Cincinnatian" by doing the absolute most at a Cincinnati Reds baseball game.
