    • As a result, reset the Total Series counter on the Home page to now count series with pages. The total was at 219 prior to this update. 

    • Since version 1.4.0, series pages have been attempted to be added in various forms. Whether it be under the name series, collections, or franchises, the concept has been attempted five times, now with a permanent solution.

    • More series will be added in the future.

• Removed companies pages as they have been dissolved into various series pages. This leaves Bright Star Media and Team Baseball without pages of their own, but they have had their assets moved to their associated pages.

• Gave a standalone page to the play adaptation of Tropical Jones's branding:

  • Tropical Jones Live! Branding (2025)

• Updated all trailer, teaser, blooper, soundtrack and commentary titles released August 2023 to March 2025 that previously contained a dash symbol (-) to now use a vertical bar symbol (|), to be in line with newer releases. This change went into affect on August 5th. Changes have been reflected on all pages.

• Removed "Film #XX" and genres from all film pages.

• Added a redirect header to Mr. Emoji: Special Delivery (2018), Roof Shopping Cart Analysis (2024), Shopping-Kart (2018), Shopping-Kart 2 (2020), Blu's Adventure (2017) and Blu to the Throne (2019) to avoid confusion between similarly-named titles. It is also present on the page for Special Delivery (2025).

• Finally added missing links to view most projects rereleased through the Archival Project label from their pages themselves.

• Soundtrack | A Difficult Game (2023) has been given chapters to its watch link.

• Added Big Fish Animation Studio to the credits of A Walk in the Park (2025) and Official Trailer | A Walk in the Park (2025).

• Removed the TFC 2025 segment from the Home page.

• Changed many pages to be consistent with current website formatting.

• Made huge formatting changes to the website across every single page--yes, every one. This stemmed from making the navigation bar transparent, then adding black banners to every page on the site. These banners feature the modern L.A.B. Productions logo in the bottom-right corner. Alongside this change, all category page dropped the "Archive" after their specific category and since Series were moved under Chronicles, navigation now follows category -> year -> item, simplifying the process. All category pages, as well as other non-works pages have gotten distinct logos for their pages and now have their banners act as covers to be moved when looking at their works.

• Ghost Town (2024), a major new work from Creative Writing Class has been added describing a lone cowboy's return to his deserted hometown. Check it out!

• Various animations have been added that were not on the site previously: Juggling (2018), I'm Going to Explode (2018), Powerful Lion (2019) and Chef Affreux (2021) all make an appearance for the first time in years. More forgotten animations are set to make their website debut in the near future.

• The Blinding Walls of a Screenwriter's Basement (2024) has been released, and with it is the introduction of works written for the Creative Writing Class--the first of many.

• mortonballsreal (2022-2023) and The Death of The Corporation (2023) have both been added, coming with an array of photos and documentation--the former having 100 new photos!

• Silhouettes and Arrows (2021) has been added, a work of art from Drawing I class.

• 4-Square Achievements! (2016-2017) has been added to the website, showcasing many optional things to go for when playing four square.

• Hobo Joe Hates School 4: The Dares (2016) makes its website debut, adding to the Hobo Joe Hates School series.

• Easter Story!!! (2018) has been added to the website, a forgotten book from many moons ago.

• Separated the Meet The Editors: Logan Bauer (2022) pages, so now there is Meet The Editors: Logan Bauer 2 (2023) as a separate page. Any future Meet the Editors: Logan Bauer releases will increase numerically.

  • In doing this, precedent has been set to not have two items with the same name appear on the website to avoid confusion. The later one may have its name changed slightly or if they are similar, will be given a number afterwards.

• Removed the question marks next to some of the names and fixed the Trivia portion on the WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE (2024) page.

• Centered the title of Roof Shopping Cart Analysis (2024) title on its page.

• Changed the title of IQ Bus (2020) to be accurate on its page, which previously read The Office Bus (2020).

• Gave the entire BlueDesk Concert Series (including Charles Demo) the date of the event on its page rather than the date of the video's release. This has been updated on all applicable pages, including Contributors' debut/latest appearance dates.

• Added newly-found documents from the 2023 Mount St. Joseph Writing Competition to the Evergreen Stillness (2023) and Conspiracy Constructors (2022) pages.

• Began fixing broken links. Now that reorganization seems to be complete, link-fixing should not need to occur again on this big of a scale. However, be mindful of the fact some links may still be broken--for now.

• Updated YouTube thumbnails for The Amazing Pinecone Explosives!!! (2020), Sooper Dooper Nooz (2020) and Kids o' Boredom 3 ½ (2017).

• Fixed the Accolades portion of the Lovable Losers page.

• Added Random Highlight to the Home page. These are chosen completely randomly via a random number generator that will only be spun again if the item has been highlighted recently. The random highlight for version 13.1.0 is Space Man Part 2 (2018).

A Lovable Update

• The newest L.A.B. Productions film has released: Lovable Losers! The film was made for the 2024 Teen Film Challenge and premiered yesterday at the contest's award ceremony. It is now digitally available here.

• Why this change?

  • While animations and Bus News are integral to the entirety of L.A.B. Productions, they do not represent the usual output of L.A.B. Productions, which focuses on live-action, narrative-based works. As such, these have been moved to other categories where they fit better (especially since Bus News is an episodic series). 

• Home page counters have been adjusted accordingly. Lovable Losers is now film #64 instead of 96, what it would have been if nothing had been moved.

• Updated all affected pages to fix film count and convert them to Stuff/Animations. The "Related Titles" portion does stay, however. One day this feature will roll out to more titles, not just films.

• Going forward, more animations will be added from the backlog of Big Fish Animation Studio.

• Removed the Teen Film Challenge notice from the Home page.

• Gave Love Letter to You a poster.

• Started adding items to Letterboxd. So far, The Breadwinner, Love Letter to You and Lovable Losers have fully-fledged pages.

• Updated the Home page to feature a new header image, showing team L.A.B. Productions at the 2024 Teen Film Challenge.

• Updated the "L.A.B. Productions Archives" segment of the Home page drastically.

• Changed up the Statistics portion of the Home page.

• Fixed a spelling mistake on the The Fall of the Blueprint portion of the Collaborations page.

• Gave Tropical Jones: Maverick Cop a release date on the Collaborations page.

• On the Chronicles, removed the classification in the year notice [ex: Title of Work (classification, year)]. Going forward, just years will be used in parentheses, or not at all (depending on what page it is).

• Changed "SunWatch Adventure" to its original title, Sunwatch Adventure.

• Removed the posts gallery from L.A.B. Productions Instagram.

• Renamed "Koozie - L.A.B. Logo" to Can Cover - L.A.B. Logo.

• L.A.B. Products:

  • Added new photos featuring T-Shirt - L.A.B. Productions Logo to the site's Home page. (1.1.0)

  • Renamed "Koozie - L.A.B. Logo" to Can Cover - L.A.B. Logo. (1.2.0)

• Congratulations to Francis Chan and Andrea Tiu on award nominations at the 2024 Teen Film Challenge!
