L.A.B. Productions is a label under which Logan Bauer has released countless works of art since 2016, with a specialty in short films. It was formally founded with the release of its first film on May 31st, 2016. On the website, items span from 2014 to 2025. Who Am I?
I am Logan Bauer, a 19-year-old hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I have been making creative works for as long as I can remember. Since the third grade, I have been making short films under the label L.A.B. Productions, and I continue to do so to this day. I am very adamant about archiving my creative works and my artistic history by means of this very website. I love making new films, writing, and more; doing so with my friends is what I enjoy most. I plan to continue to keep making new works as I get older and into my adult life. I plan to go into film/media production as a career, am attending Ohio University for a BFA in Film as my undergraduate major and currently live in Athens, Ohio.
Evolution & History
The branding and style of L.A.B. Productions has changed since its inception in 2016. Since then, its initial key features have continued to be iterated on more and more before transforming into the design seen today. Not just the branding has changed, however, as the core style of the things made by L.A.B. Productions has also continued to be fine-tuned for nearly a decade now.
All of these projects couldn't be made alone! An ever-growing list of people have appeared in or helped out with various L.A.B. Productions projects over the years, and they're all showcased on the site, chronicling all the works they've been part of. Take a look!

L.A.B. Productions Archives
L.A.B. Productions has made films starting in 2016 that usually range from 5-15 minutes in length. Many films have been released under it, and many people were included in both the cast and crew. There are currently 72 released films in total, with upcoming film Fingers In My Pie (2025) on the way this December.
Logan Bauer has released writing under L.A.B. Productions since 2014, with the most prosperous being the Rory series. Other notable releases include Jimmy Tales, Domain Nineteen, short stories, and articles in various newspapers.
L.A.B. Productions has made many animations throughout the years under the subsidy Big Fish Animation Studio. They began with stop-motion shorts before transitioning to digitally-made animations.
L.A.B. Productions Games was created in 2017 where it released a plethora of video games. They were created in the video game creator Bloxels, and its primary icon was Space Man, who had a prolific series of games from 2018-2020.
L.A.B. Productions has released some items that fit under none of the above categories. This includes card and board games, figurines, artwork, companies, merchandise, miscellaneous video projects and more things that do not fall under films, writing, animation or games. This category has gotten a lot of love lately with especially well-edited and high-quality videos and school projects that garner a lot of attention despite being considered miscellaneous "Stuff" on the website.
This category is unlike the others, and collects individual works together, placing them within its series. Each series must include at least two items from the site to make it eligible to be a Series. These can span from specific franchises to other categories of less consistency. Items without series will get placed into Standalone pages, which showcase various pieces of miscellaneous work.

What does "L.A.B." stand for?
The "L.A.B." in L.A.B. Productions stands for Logan Bauer's initials--L. (Logan) A. (Andrew) B. (Bauer). The name is more commonly pronounced as the word "lab" nowadays, but it isn't uncommon to hear it said as "L-A-B" spelled out. Either works.
How often do website updates occur?
There is no schedule for website updates. They will occur when content is ready to be released. After a big new release, there is usually a new update not long after.
How can content be viewed?
For Films, all modern titles (2022-) are able to be watched via YouTube links and have screenshots on their pages. Older films (pre-2022) may or may not have links available, they are on a case-by-case basis. For Writing, works can be read on the site in their entirety when available. Some Animations can be viewed on YouTube as well. Games are able to be played with links to them when applicable. Stuff can be viewed via images or by links when applicable.
Is everything on the website suitable for all audiences?
All items on the website are able to be viewed by all audiences with very few exceptions. The only exceptions to this include moderate swearing, graphic descriptions and slightly unsettling imagery. Proceed at your own risk. If an item were to be made that is far more mature than mentioned above, it will have ample warnings placed on its page.
