A girl begins riding a shopping cart inside the grocery store Cool-Mart. When she hits the store manager with the cart, Mr. Popo chases after her. When he tases her, it makes her go even faster, to the point where she is launched out the window, and she rides off into the sunset.

In summer in the late 2010s, cousins on the Besterman side of the family would play Minecraft: Pocket Edition together. In this Parker Besterman once left the game, only for a mysterious "Mr. Popo" to join after he had left. That is where the name Mr. Popo, as used in this short, came from.
