Rookie cop Copper is tasked with taking down Rolly Poly's Diner, run by the one and only Rolly Poly. He is dropped out of a plane and must traverse the dangerous cliffside of the west. After a strange transmission from Sergeant Cuffs, Copper busts down the establishment only to discover lots of technology below it. It is revealed that Rolly Poly sent the plane back in time to the Wild West era, and that he has set up tons of exploitative diners in all sorts of time periods. He challenges Copper to dare stop him and pushes him into the time portal.
