Baseball Rory discovers the elusive cold-blooded eyeblack, which he buys. Underwear Rory runs for president against Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, and Hobo Joe. When Underwear Rory loses the election, he cries so much that the other candidates are drowned. Baseball Rory has a night game, which causes him to freeze on the field due to his cold-blooded eyeblack. The baseball hits the frozen block of ice he is encased in and causes the power to go out. Underwear Rory flies into space to become space president, but Mutant Penny finds him there. The spaceship falls down to earth and barely touches the block of ice. This sends the spaceship flying back to the original Rory's house, who has now finally grown up from being a baby. This causes Rory to rapidly be sent back in time after he escapes the house, which leads to Rory: The Finle Book.

Apart from the crossover, this is the last appearance of Penny in the Rory series that is new (ie, not one that was from the past).
The mention of "Hobo Joe" is not a reference to the character, as that series wouldn't come out until much later in 2016.
This is the first modern appearance of Rory--in a comic and not as a baby and not one of his family.
