A contest is held on a couch to see who is the most skilled. People get voted off the island, and there are events that are played. Carson falls off the couch, Matty gets voted off, then the host gets voted off. Sort of anticlimactic but oh well. It was a good concept. This film was rushed and unfortunately failed to be completely finished in its full vision.

Trivia
8 Guys, 1 Couch had about a month's worth of planning go into it and it fell flat in the end due to the host getting voted off. Its high hopes were squandered, but the final product was decent at best.
The film is considered partially available due to unedited clips of it resurfacing.
Bright Star Media is a defunct subsidy of L.A.B. Productions which would deal with films made with a large group of people, much like this one. This was its one sole release, and that was due to its so-so quality, especially compared to the other L.A.B. Productions and Sammy Films endeavors. It was co-founded and co-owned by Logan Bauer, Ethan Reeves, Ryan Sams and Carson Todd.
