The Biblical references are as follow:
"First criminal" refers to the unapologetic criminal being crucified with Jesus.
Judas refers to Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus, leading to his death.
"Throw myself up / Off the highest peak" refers to the temptation of Jesus in the desert by Satan.
"Water to wine" refers to Jesus' first recorded miracle, turning water to wine at the wedding at Cana.
"Stare into the face of a stranger" refers to the road to Emmaus story.
"Disciples lay asleep in the grass" refers to Holy Thursday when the apostles fell asleep in the Garden of Gethsemane.
"Tongues" refers to the tongues of fire that appeared to the apostles following Jesus' death.
"Doubting Thomas" refers to the story of Thomas, who doubted the man before him was the risen Jesus until touching his wounds.
"Tomb" refers to the tomb where Jesus was laid after death.
"Cock crowed" refers to the story where Peter denies knowing Jesus three times before his death.
