Rory adopts a part-robot daughter, Martha!

When a mother and daughter get into a car wreck, the mother takes her beloved daughter to the hospital to be saved by being turned part robot. Martha, the daughter, escapes the hospital and ends up at Rory's house. Martha's Mom shows up to take her back, and she and Rory right over custody of her. Rory pushes Martha's Mom off of a cliff, and Rory keeps his new adopted, robotic, daughter.
This novel also includes a comic done by Grant Schaefer, called Rory and the Intergalaktic Pizza. In it, Rory must take down a fleet of aliens in the Hot Dog Flier ship. He takes down loads of aliens after becoming Gear Rory, but it is left on a cliffhanger.

Trivia
The Grant Scheafer comic was included due to it being a Rory Contest winner. Many comics and illustrations were submitted to be put into an actual Rory book, but this was the one chosen.
In the Rory and the Galaktic Pizza comic, the character who says not to use color could be Logan Bauer.
