At the E.R.E.R., many police cars arrive due to an intruder inside. Baby Rory thinks he ate all the ice cream and worries. Inside, he meets Baby Penny who turns him red, or "cool" as he puts it. Mrs. Nurse meets Mr. Poopypants who falls immediately in love with her. Baby Rory and Penny are taken to Baby Penny's world, where the original Mr. Poopypants is. He falls into Mr. P's dress and cuts his hair. Baby Rory kicks him over and he dies on the spot. Baby Rory and Baby Penny are then shocked to see something mysterious in the distance.
