Since Ms. Owens beat up Rory at the end of Rory 3: Rory and Ms. Owens, he once again needed to be rebooted. She made it so that Rory could give her an infinite amount of Diet Cokes, which she chooses to sell for profit and build a castle out of. The crack in the Earth finally broke through the core and was sent hurtling toward the moon. The moon hit Rory, and he had 26 broken bones because of it and was sent to the hospital. Ms. Owens went home because she had a migraine. Still injured, Rory transformed into a bird to save the other half of the Earth from burning from the sun--which still had his family on it!

There was no Rory 5, as Rory 6: It's Happening!! was mislabeled as 6 instead of 5. The rest of the numbered series just followed this.
Rory would later fulfill becoming a superhero in Rory: The Finle Book.
