After years of waiting for a true-to-original version of 1818's Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus by Mary Shelley, Guillermo del Toro aims to create just that. Unfortunately, the film falls flat due to bizarre changes and other technical failures, most of which can be attributed to Netflix.
