In a direct sequel to Rory Joins the F.B.I., Rory is given a new mission by the Boss. He must save a cat from a tree before being sent on yet another mission, now on a boat where he stumbles across Frog Isle. The King Frog turns Rory into a frog, but can't keep the form. This causes all the frogs to attack Rory, to which he turns into Baseball Rory and bats them all away. He then runs back to his FBI Car to drive home, when he sees it's been vandalized.
