Trivia
The different items are all references to different things.
The St. X merchandise entry is a reference to it being way too expensive.
The graphics cards are a reference to the Jake Dougherty article from this issue on the topic.
The Retro Bowl premium edition is a reference to Grayson Beckham buying this in real life.
The 2016-2017 Blueprint Issue 3 entry references the heavily political articles present in the paper following the 2016 election where Donald Trump was voted president of the United States of America.
The Wii U is a reference to Logan Bauer wanting one, getting one later that year, and Ryan Sams having one. A callout to Ryan Sams directly for having a Wii U was cut. This would also be foreshadowing for the article in a future issue, Wii U: Dead on Arrival.
The Grandma Got Ran Over by a Reindeer (movie, 2000) entry references Jacob Schlessman's article on the movie that appeared earlier in the issue. It is considered by him to be his magnum opus.
The apology for being rude to a roller coaster entry is a reference to the backlash recieved by Logan Bauer following his article The One Pointless Attraction of Kings Island, where he critiqued the Adventure Express roller coaster. Mr. Villing is named due to his distaste for Logan's opinion.
The mention of J.B. Wuxim is a reference to Grayson Beckham's very good friend, J.B. Wuxim, a writer for the Blueprint.
The Evan Ad entry references an ad in the paper featuring Saint X's therapy dog Evan asking people to write for the paper. It has been in use for years at this point.
The editor status entry referencing the helicopter is a reference to the video "Operation Benny" from 2019, where Saint X mascot Benny the Bomber is rescued from Elder and made the official mascot of the school once again after his absence since the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Jake Winans was an Editor-In-Chief for the Blueprint in 2016-2017 who gave a masculinity speech at Saint X, or something.
