Continuing the cliffhanger Infected 2- Robot in Disguise left off on, everyone thinks Jeff is the robot, when James Bond Jr. confesses to not only be the robot, but to also be the Hot Buns Master himself--reincarnated. He turns into his past self, The Ghost Man. He pulls out the atomic bomb pillow, which sends everyone back in time and through L.A.B. Productions dimensions. Jeff kills the original Hot Buns Master, killing the Ghost Man and James Bond Jr., saving his world once and for all.
This film was retconned to be not canon. It did not happen in the Infected universe. Infected 2- Robot in Disguise is the true end to the series thus far.

This film's showcase of different L.A.B. Productions movies at the end was foreshadowing for a cancelled L.A.B. Productions crossover movie that never came to be.
This film's original title was "Infected III- Hot Buns Reincarnate," just as stated in Infected 2- Robot in Disguise.
