Bob and Eric want to travel to Liberty Island in order to potentially win super powers. In order to get there, they mess with their dad's invention which combined them into one person. One at Liberty Island, Bob got the ability to fly while Eric got the ability to shink or grow, while they were both able to combine still and both use each others' powers when together. They stumble across Jimmy the Jell-O Monster and use their combined powers to fly and grow to eat him and save the city.
