Trivia
The Website began development on February 4th, 2023 at 2:30 PM EST.
The Website was first published on February 5th, 2023 at 9:56 PM EST.
The base of the Website came from L.A.B. Productions: History of Movies' descriptions of films and having them in order.
The initial url of the website was https://sites.google.com/view/lab-productions, from February 2023 to September 2025.
The films The Scary Eleanor and Beyond the Secrets were taken off the website in the 8.4.0 update due to Logan Bauer having limited involvement in their creation.
Version 9.0.0 was originally set to launch on August 15th, 2023. It was moved forward when A Difficult Game was made public on the 6th.
In version 9.1.0, the two versions of Dimensional Kids 1: The Egyptian Revalution were consolidated into one version.
Shortly following his death, pages in the Cooper series were given a black color scheme from version 6.0.0 to version 9.1.0 (May 31st to August 15th, 76 days).
The color code for the shade of gold commonly used on the site for Accolades is #e6ad00.
The 9.4.0 update released on September 4th, 2023 (9/4) for Logan Bauer's birthday.
A scrapped version, version 9.8.1 was initially set to release on January 1st, 2024. It would merely update the version history on the website instead of adding any kind of content. Instead, update 9.9.0 released on the third that did that and added other content.
The Chronicles were named after the Chronicle from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, where it lists various releases. The Chronicles on the website serve the same purpose.
The website seemed to have inspired the KellerXPhotography website by Logan Keller.
The website also inspired the Triple L Productions website by Finn Connelly.
The website was directly mentioned and linked in the credits of A Difficult Game.
13.0.0, 13.1.0 and 14.0.0 all overhauled website organization to be much smoother and simplified.
Version 17.0.0 primarily existed to go back on massive changes made in version 15.0.0.
Version 17.0.0 is the first and currently only website version to add at least one work to all five website categories: Films, Writing, Animation, Games and Stuff.
The longest streak of daily updates for the website used to be the 4-day streak of February 5th-8th, 2023 when it first opened. It has since been surpassed by the five-day streak from January 1st-5th, 2025.
On January 6th, 2025, a list was complied that listed all remaining things to be archived on the site from the past of roughly 100 items.
A planned 17.17.0 was conceptualized but was just consolidated into 18.0.0.
The Films Home page used to read "'I like movies,' -Brennan McCurdy, 2021" until the page was replaced in version 19.0.0.
The new banner was completed on July 5th, 2025.
The new banner features stills from Stuck in a Philadelphia (2024), Quarrel of the Bells (2024), A Walk in the Park (2025), The Breadwinner (2022), Lovable Losers (2024), The Breadwinner 2 (2025) and Devious Crimes (2024), from left to right.
