Creppy throws a New Years Eve party so that he can get out of jail, because the Mayor will let him out free if he does something kind for others. However, the party turns into a prank fest. The main event is an exercise ball being thrown at someone when their picture is supposedly being taken. It all culminates when the visitor wins a deadly prize in the final festivity... Creppy himself, who does not hold back on his reputation.
